The Chilipad 2.0 is a water-based bed temperature control system designed to create a personalized sleep environment by cooling or warming the surface of your bed. Instead of adjusting the temperature of your entire room, Chilipad 2.0 circulates temperature-controlled water through a low-profile mattress pad, allowing you to select a sleep surface temperature based on your individual comfort preferences.
Designed for year-round use, Chilipad 2.0 provides adjustable cooling and warming directly at the bed. The system combines a Chilipad mattress pad with a compatible Dock control unit that circulates water through the pad to maintain your selected temperature setting.
Personalized Bed Temperature Control
Choose a temperature that fits your comfort preferences and adjust the system as needed throughout the night. Chilipad 2.0 provides a practical option for sleepers who prefer a cooler or warmer sleep surface without relying exclusively on whole-room heating or air conditioning.
Individual and Dual-Zone Options
Chilipad 2.0 is available in configurations for one or two sleeper zones. A single-zone configuration provides temperature control for one sleep zone, while a dual-zone configuration allows each side of a compatible bed to be controlled independently.
Dual-zone temperature control can be especially useful for couples with different temperature preferences, allowing each sleeper to select a setting for their side of the bed.
Water-Based Cooling and Warming
The system uses water circulation rather than air blowing across the bed. Temperature-controlled water moves through the Chilipad to help regulate the temperature of the sleep surface while maintaining a low-profile design beneath your bedding.
App and Manual Controls
Compatible Chilipad 2.0 controls allow you to adjust your sleep surface temperature and access supported system functions. Available app features may include temperature adjustments, schedules, and other compatible settings.
A monthly membership is not required to access the system's core temperature-control functions. App functionality and available features may vary based on the product configuration, software version, device compatibility, and manufacturer updates.
Designed for Routine Care
The Chilipad is designed with routine maintenance in mind. Washable components can be cleaned according to the manufacturer's care instructions, while periodic use of Chilipad System Cleaner and distilled water helps maintain the water circulation system.
Always follow the manufacturer's current cleaning, maintenance, setup, and operating instructions for your specific configuration.
New Chilipad 2.0 systems include a 2-Year Limited Product Warranty, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions. Optional protection plans may also be available for additional coverage.

No monthly membership is required to use the core cooling and warming functions of your Chilipad sleep system. After purchasing the system, you can access its standard temperature-control features without an ongoing subscription.
Subscription-Free Core Features
- Manual Temperature Control: Adjust the sleep surface temperature directly through the system without a monthly subscription.
- Chilipad App Access: The Chilipad mobile app provides compatible system controls, including temperature adjustments and available scheduling features.
- Temperature and Scheduling Controls: Standard temperature settings and supported scheduling functions are available without a required paid membership.

Easy Cleaning and Routine Maintenance
The Chilipad 2.0 Cover is designed for convenient routine care. The removable top and bottom Cover layers can be machine washed according to the manufacturer's care instructions, while regular maintenance helps keep the system ready for continued use.
Monthly Care
- Add one packet of Chilipad System Cleaner to the Dock water reservoir and top off with distilled water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- When changing your sheets, check that the Cover and mattress are dry and properly aligned.
Recommended 6-Month Maintenance
- Wipe accumulated dust from the Dock grille with a damp cloth.
- Drain the Hydrolayer using the included Drain Key according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Reconnect the system, add the recommended amount of System Cleaner, and refill with distilled water.
Washing the Cover
- Unzip the Cover and separate the top layer, Hydrolayer, and bottom layer.
- Machine wash the washable top and bottom Cover layers in cold water using a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry on medium heat according to the manufacturer's care instructions.
- Make sure all washable components are completely dry before reassembling and reinstalling the Cover.
Dock Placement
Maintain at least 6 inches of open space around the Dock to provide adequate airflow during operation.
System Cleaner Included
Each qualifying new Chilipad 2.0 purchase includes a one-year supply of System Cleaner for each applicable side of the bed. Included quantities depend on the Chilipad configuration selected.
