The Chilipad Cube is a temperature-controlled sleep system designed to help create a more personalized and comfortable sleep environment. Using water-based temperature control technology, the system circulates temperature-regulated water through a low-profile mattress pad, allowing you to adjust the temperature of your sleep surface based on your personal comfort preferences.
Designed for year-round use, the Chilipad Cube can cool or warm the bed without requiring you to change the temperature of the entire room. The Cube control unit connects to the mattress pad and provides adjustable temperature settings, making it easy to create a cooler sleep surface during warm nights or add warmth when temperatures drop.
The system is available in configurations designed for individual sleepers as well as couples. Select configurations allow each side of the bed to maintain its own temperature setting, giving partners greater flexibility when their preferred sleeping temperatures differ.

No monthly membership is required to use the core cooling and warming functions of your Chilipad sleep system. After purchasing the system, you can access its standard temperature-control features without an ongoing subscription.
Subscription-Free Core Features

The Chilipad is designed for convenient routine care and maintenance. The washable pad can be cleaned according to the manufacturer's care instructions, while regular system maintenance helps keep the Dock and water circulation components properly maintained.
Monthly Maintenance
1. Add System Cleaner
Add one packet of Chilipad System Cleaner to the Dock reservoir and top off with distilled water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Check the Pad and Mattress
When changing your sheets, check that the Chilipad and mattress are dry, properly positioned, and correctly connected.
Recommended 6-Month Maintenance
1. Clean the Dock Grille
Remove the side grille and gently wipe away accumulated dust with a damp cloth. Allow it to dry as needed before reinstalling.
2. Drain the Pad
Disconnect the pad and position it according to the manufacturer's draining instructions. Use the included Drain Key to drain the remaining water from the system.
3. Refill the System
Reconnect the pad and add the recommended amount of System Cleaner to the reservoir. Refill with distilled water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Washing the Chilipad
The Chilipad pad is designed to be machine washable when the manufacturer's washing and drying instructions are followed.
1. Drain
Disconnect and drain the pad using the included Drain Key before washing.
2. Wash
Machine wash in cold water using a gentle cycle.
3. Dry
Tumble dry on medium heat, following the manufacturer's care instructions.
4. Reinstall
Make sure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting it to the Dock and placing bedding over the system.
Dock Placement and Airflow
Maintain at least 6 inches of open space around the Dock Control Unit to provide adequate airflow during operation.
