Certifications
1. Unboxing and Placement
Move the compressed mattress to your bedroom before unboxing. Place the rolled mattress onto your bed frame or foundation. The DM Generations is a heavy, high-profile 15-inch hybrid; we recommend two people for lifting and positioning.
2. Decompression Process
Carefully remove the outer plastic wrap using a safety cutter or scissors, taking care not to puncture the fabric. Once the vacuum seal is broken, the mattress will begin to expand immediately.

Expansion Time: While the mattress may look ready within minutes, allow 24 to 48 hours for the hybrid layers and pocketed coils to reach their full 15-inch loft and structural integrity.
3. Off-Gassing (New Mattress Scent)
Because your mattress is freshly manufactured and sealed for shipping, you may notice a "new mattress" scent. This is normal and non-toxic. Simply keep the room well-ventilated for the first 24 hours to allow any odors to dissipate.
4. Proper Support Requirements
To maintain your warranty and prevent sagging, ensure your mattress is placed on a supportive surface:
