FreshBed Sleep System introduces an integrated approach to sleep comfort by combining three key elements: a temperature-controlled sleep environment, advanced air filtration, and a precision-engineered ergonomic mattress crafted in Switzerland. This system is designed to support a more comfortable sleep environment by helping maintain consistent temperature, improving air quality, and providing personalized mattress comfort and support.

A quiet HEPA-13 filtration system helps reduce airborne particles within the sleep environment, while the customizable mattress is designed to provide individualized comfort and support.

Thero-Regulated Microclimate
Based on general sleep environment recommendations, FreshBed suggests a bed temperature around 73°F and a bedroom temperature near 67°F to support a comfortable sleeping environment.

Medical - Grade HEPA Filter
Clean air contributes to a more comfortable sleep environment. Integrated into the base, a quiet HEPA filtration system continuously circulates air through the mattress system to help reduce airborne particles such as dust and pollen within the sleep environment.

Swiss Engineered Ergonomics 
Crafted in Switzerland, this mattress is available in a firm feel designed to provide structured support. It features multi-layer AirFlow foam construction, along with a choice of soft, medium, or firm topper options for personalized comfort.

Set-Up and Care Instructions

• HEPA 13 filter needs to be replaced once a year; 4 complimentary replacement filters are available by calling 800.762.1005 (additional filters sold separately)
• Clean base and remote controls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials. Wipe spills immediately and do not allow water or other liquids to permeate any openings
• Removable mattress cover and topper cover are dry clean only; removable mattress protector is machine washable

Returns and Warranty

Returns are allowed for damage during shipping and all issues that align with the warranty policy.

• Base features a 10-year limited warranty; mattress features a 5-year limited warranty; topper features a 3-year limited warranty; remote controls and active featherlight airflow technology feature a 3-year limited warranty. Limited warranties are offered exclusively through FreshBed and begin upon registration. The FreshBed Sleep System must remain connected to the Internet (via WiFi or Ethernet) at all times for the limited warranty to remain active.
• FreshBed products comply with US product regulations and UL product safety standards. The warranty is voided if the product is altered, modified or repaired by an unauthorized service person. FreshBed products can only be guaranteed when used in the intended manner and in accordance with the safety measures provided in the user manual and labels.
